AS Roma keen on signing Alexis Sanchez on loan from Man United – report
AS Roma are keen on signing Alexis Sanchez from Man United on a season-long loan, say reports

AS Roma have held talks with Manchester United about the possibility of signing Alexis Sanchez on loan this season, according to reports in the British media.
The Daily Telegraph is reporting that the Serie A side are keen on landing the 30-year-old Chile international on a temporary basis following his poor form for Manchester United since his move from Arsenal.
Sanchez struggled for both form and fitness last season in the Premier League and his future at Old Trafford has been called into question as a result.
The same story says that Manchester United could be prepared to let Sanchez go after Ole Gunnar Solskjaer indicated that he is prepared to go with Anthony Martial as the club’s leading centre-forward this season.
It is claimed in the same report that Solskjaer wants to keep hold of Sanchez, but AS Roma are interested in a move to bring him to the Italian capital on a temporary deal.
The same story says that any loan move would involve Manchester United having to subsidise part of the attacker’s huge weekly wages.
Manchester United will get their Premier League season started with a home clash against Chelsea FC at Old Trafford on Sunday afternoon.
