Gary Neville makes honest admission about Anthony Martial at Man United
The Manchester United legend is impressed with Anthony Martial's ability to thrive in big games for the Red Devils

Gary Neville believes Anthony Martial has the temperament to thrive in big games for Manchester United.
The France international has found his first-team opportunities limited so far this season as Jose Mourinho continues to place his faith in home grown talent Marcus Rashford.
Martial endured a difficult first season under Mourinho as Louis van Gaal’s successor regularly criticised the France forward’s poor attitude in the 2017-18 season.
The 21-year-old scored 11 times in 49 appearances in all competitions in the 2015-16 campaign after Van Gaal signed the forward in a £36m deal from Ligue 1 side AS Monaco.
Martial has seemingly knuckled down under Mourinho this term and the Manchester United No11 has been content to seize his opportunities as a substitute.
The French star scored an 81st-minute winner in a 1-0 victory over Tottenham on Saturday afternoon to net his fourth goal from the bench in the Premier League.
Former Manchester United defender Neville admits he has been impressed with Martial’s big-game mentality given his relative lack of experience in top-flight football.
“He scores in big games. He takes big moments on,” Neville told Sky Sports.
“He has the temperament for big occasions. He needs to take it on every week.”
Martial has won the FA Cup, the League Cup and the Europa League since the forward moved to Manchester United in a big-money deal from Ligue 1 side AS Monaco in 2015.
