Pat Nevin sends message to Man United fans about Paul Pogba’s weakness
Chelsea legend Pat Nevin examines Manchester United star Paul Pogba's big weakness

Pat Nevin has pinpointed Paul Pogba’s lack of dependability as the Manchester United record signing’s big weakness.
The France international is starting his second season under Jose Mourinho after the Manchester United manager re-signed Pogba in a then world-record £89m deal last summer.
Pogba scored five goals and made four assists in his first season back at Old Trafford but was unable to guide Manchester United back into the Premier League’s top four.
The 24-year-old did score in Manchester United’s 2-0 win against Dutch giants Ajax in the Europa League final to secure a place in the Champions League this term.
Pogba will have a new midfield partner this term after Manchester United completed a surprise £40m deal to sign Nemanja Matic from Premier League champions Chelsea.
The box-to-box midfielder struggled during Manchester United’s 2-1 loss to Champions League holders Real Madrid in the Uefa Super Cup on Tuesday night.
Former Chelsea winger Nevin believes Pogba needs to improve his performances in the biggest games as Manchester United prepare to start their Premier League campaign with a home clash against West Ham United.
“The weakness he has got is a lack of dependability,” Nevin told Irish radio station Newstalk.
“If the pass is on, the top players will find you.
“The top players are dependable. They will come up with all the time. I’m not sure Pogba gives you that – yet.”
Manchester United won the EFL Cup and the Europa League last season to mask over their Premier League disappointment.
