Pundit explains why new Man United signing is better than Lacazette, Morata
Manchester United legend believes Romelu Lukaku is a better striker than Alexandre Lacazette and Alvaro Morata

Gary Pallister believes Manchester United signing Romelu Lukaku is better than Alexandre Lacazette and Alvaro Morata.
The Red Devils completed a £75m deal to sign the Belgium international earlier this month despite Lukaku being linked with a move to bring the 24-year-old back to Old Trafford.
Manchester United were previously linked with a move to sign Morata from Real Madrid but Chelsea ended up recruiting the ex-Juventus striker in a reported £58m deal.
Arsenal bolstered their attacking line-up with a club-record £52m deal to bring France international Alexandre Lacazette from Ligue 1 side Lyon earlier this month.
Lukaku scored 25 times in 36 games in the Premier League last season but finished behind Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane in the race to win the golden boot.
Former Manchester United legend Pallister believes Jose Mourinho has secured the best striker addition this summer ahead of Premier League champions Chelsea and Arsenal.
“I’m going to say Lukaku because he is proven in the Premiership,” said Pallister, speaking exclusively to 888sport.
“The other guys come over to the Premiership and the pace and power is different but Lukaku has done it regularly for West Brom and Everton.
“He is a proven Premier League goal-scorer and I think that’s why Jose gave up on Morata. Lukaku is very bullish, brash and quick. He’ll mess defenders about.”
Manchester United have also signed Sweden international Victor Lindelof in a £30.7m deal from Portuguese champions Benfica.
The Red Devils finished in sixth place in the Premier League table last season but won the EFL Cup and the Europa League.
