Top striker’s agent holds talks with club about Man United transfer – report
Alvaro Morata's agent held crunch talks with Real Madrid on Monday ahead of his proposed move to Manchester United, say reports

Alvaro Morata’s agent and father held crunch talks with Real Madrid on Monday ahead of the striker’s proposed transfer to Manchester United, according to reports in Spain.
Spanish newspaper AS is reporting that the duo headed to The Bernabeu on Monday for a 50-minute meeting with officials.
The same report claims that Morata is keen on a move away from Real Madrid this summer because of his lack of playing time at the club last season.
The 24-year-old is said to be “desperate” to secure a move to guarantee him regular playing time next season in the lead-up to a World Cup year.
However, according to the story, Manchester United have not yet been able to settle on a fee with Real Madrid for the 24-year-old.
The same story claims that Real Madrid are holding out for a transfer fee of around €80m (£70m) as Manchester United look to make Morata their second signing of the summer.
Manchester United have so far only completed the signing of defender Victor Lindelof from Benfica this summer.
