Man United star ‘desperate’ to leave in January window – report
Paul Pogba is desperate to leave Man United in the January transfer window, say reports
Paul Pogba is “more desperate than ever” to seal a transfer away from Manchester United in January, according to reports in the British media.
The Sun is reporting that the French World Cup winner is still keen on a move away from Old Trafford after having been heavily linked with an exit during the summer months.
According to the same story, Pogba has already made up his mind that he wants to leave Manchester United in the January transfer window after having failed to secure a move in the summer.
The same article says that the 26-year-old midfielder has become “dispirited” at Old Trafford and he is keen to leave the club as soon as possible.
The former Juventus midfielder was heavily linked with a move to Real Madrid in the summer transfer window but a switch failed to materialise as Manchester United managed to keep hold of their talismanic star.
However, it would seem that the Red Devils are set to have to contend with fresh speculation about Pogba as the January transfer window draws nearer.
The same story also claims that Pogba has absolutely no intention of signing a new contract at Old Trafford.
Meanwhile, Manchester United are preparing to host Arsenal at Old Trafford in the Premier League on Monday night.
