Paul Pogba told to step his game up at Man United
Steve Nicol tells Paul Pogba to start performing regularly for Manchester United

Steve Nicol has told Paul Pogba that it is about time he stepped his game up for Manchester United and started performing on a consistent basis.
The 25-year-old has constantly found himself under the spotlight at Old Trafford since his move to the club from Juventus two years ago.
Pogba was widely criticised for failing to produce consistent performances for Manchester United last season as the Red Devils finished second in the Premier League table and without a trophy.
However, the midfielder was in fine form for France at this summer’s World Cup in Russia as he helped his national team to win the trophy.
His fine performances at the World Cup have inevitably drawn comparisons to his patchy form for Manchester United.
And Nicol feels that it is about time he stepped his game up and started performing regularly for Manchester United.
Speaking to ESPN FC, Nicol said: “He is 25. It is about time he matured.
“He is at a stage where he needs to have a level of consistency and excellence. The best players do it for nine months. Not six weeks.
“If he isn’t able to do this over the next season is he ever going to do it?”
Manchester United will be looking to challenge for the Premier League title next season as they look to try and win the title for the first time since 2013.
The Red Devils won the League Cup and Europa League in Mourinho’s first campaign at the club before their trophyless season last term.
