Paul Scholes opens up about ‘very clever’ Man United star
Paul Scholes explains why he is such a keen admirer of Marcus Rashford at Man United

Paul Scholes has spoken of his admiration for Marcus Rashford following his top form for Manchester United in recent weeks.
The 20-year-old has been in good form for Jose Mourinho’s men and has been earning plenty of praise for his performances for the Red Devils.
Rashford scored Manchester United’s winner in their 2-1 victory over CSKA Moscow in the Champions League on Tuesday night as Mourinho’s side booked their place in the last 16 as group winners.
The England striker has netted eight goals and made four assists in all competitions for Manchester United so far this season.
Scholes has been impressed by Rashford’s maturity and the way he has been excelling for Mourinho’s men despite often being deployed out wide.
Speaking to BT Sport on Tuesday night, Manchester United legend Scholes said of Rashford: “He’s been playing out wide a lot and when he was a young player in the youth team he was playing as a centre-forward. He’s been taught the right movements.
“He’s very clever and is like an experienced centre-forward really with the class of his movement.
“He ends up in the wide areas a lot but it’s not a bad thing, because he’s got great skill and great pace – and he can deliver a ball as well.”
Rashford will be hoping to start for Manchester United when the Red Devils return to Premier League action on Sunday afternoon with their crunch derby showdown with Manchester City at Old Trafford.
The Red Devils head into the game knowing that a win would reduce the gap to the leaders down to five points as the hectic festive period in the Premier League looms large.
