Man United struggling to convince Mourinho favourite to stay – report
Manchester United are yet to convince Marouane Fellaini to sign a new contract with the club, say reports

Manchester United are struggling to be able to convince Marouane Fellaini to commit his future to the club by signing a new contract, according to reports.
Yahoo! Sport is reporting that the Belgian midfielder is still unsure about whether he wants to sign a new contract with the Red Devils.
The same report claims that Jose Mourinho will have to work on convincing the Belgium international that his best option is to sign a new contract with the Old Trafford outfit.
Fellaini proved his importance to Manchester United last weekend when he scored twice during the club’s 4-0 thrashing of Crystal Palace in the Premier League at Old Trafford.
The 29-year-old has been regularly called upon by Mourinho and it is clear that the Portuguese coach holds Fellaini in high regard at Old Trafford.
However, getting the midfielder to sign a new contract with the Red Devils may not be an easy task, according to the report.
Fellaini turns 30 next month and is in the final season of his contract with Manchester United, after having signed from Everton back in the summer of 2013.
The same story says that Fellaini “doesn’t want to compromise” on financial terms as he ponders whether to sign a new deal at Old Trafford.
