Portuguese media outlet O Jogo, as quoted by Metro, is reporting that Manchester United and Spurs are ready to make concrete offers for Fernandes.
The same article states that Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is eager to sign two new midfielders this summer.
According to the same story, Sporting Lisbon are looking to secure a transfer fee in the region of £60m for their prized asset.
The report goes on to add that Fernandes’ agent Miguel Pinho has been in England to hold talks with some Premier League clubs.
