Manchester United could be set to lose as many as 10 players in the summer transfer window as the Red Devils plan a mass overhaul of their squad, according to reports in the British media.
The Daily Express is reporting that there is set to be a mass exodus at Old Trafford this summer as Jose Mourinho looks to revitalise his squad ahead of next season.
The same report says that Luke Shaw, Juan Mata, Ander Herrera, Chris Smalling, Phil Jones, Daley Blind and Matteo Darmian could all be sold by the Red Devils this summer.
The story also reports that Marouane Fellaini, Michael Carrick and Zlatan Ibrahimovic are all set to leave Old Trafford at the end of the season.
Mourinho has found himself under pressure at Old Trafford this season due to his side’s inconsistent form.
The Red Devils were dumped out of the Champions League at the last 16 stage after a shock defeat by Sevilla last week and they are currently in second place in the Premier League table.
Manchester United will likely be linked with a host of players as the summer transfer window draws nearer and gives Mourinho the chance to bolster his squad.
