Man United to end interest in signing 24-year-old striker – report
Manchester United's pursuit of Romelu Lukaku is set to end their pursuit of Alvaro Morata, say reports

Manchester United are set to end their interest in signing Alvaro Morata from Real Madrid this summer, according to reports in the British media.
Sky Sports News HQ is reporting that the Red Devils are ready to pull the plug on their attempts to land the Spain international after failing to agree a fee with Real Madrid.
Manchester United have been relentlessly linked with a move to sign Morata in recent weeks but a deal has not yet been agreed.
Now, the British media outlet is claiming that Manchester United’s interest in Romelu Lukaku is set to signal an end to the Red Devils’ pursuit of Morata.
This particular report conflicts with some of the latest claims in the Spanish media, after Marca claimed on Wednesday that Manchester United were very close to agreeing a deal to sign Morata.
Manchester United are thought to be on the lookout for a number of attacking signings this summer but it would make sense that the Red Devils would go for either Lukaku or Morata – and not both players.
The Red Devils are preparing to jet off to the United States for their pre-season tour on Sunday.
