Jermaine Jenas ‘wouldn’t be surprised’ if Man United sign top 26-year-old attacker
The former Spurs midfielder Jermaine Jenas is backing Manchester United to sign Antoine Griezmann

Antoine Griezmann could end up at Manchester United next summer, Jermaine Jenas has claimed.
The Red Devils were heavily linked with a move to sign the France international from La Liga giants Atletico Madrid in the summer.
Griezmann was rumoured to be on the brink of a £70m move to Manchester United before Atletico’s transfer ban prompted the Frenchman to commit his future to the Spanish side.
Los Rojiblancos will be free to sign new players in the January transfer window and have already agreed a deal to sign Chelsea striker Diego Costa next month.
Unsurprisingly, Griezmann’s future at Atletico is up for debate again with Barcelona ready to rival Manchester United for the France striker.
However, the La Liga leaders have reportedly risked the wrath of Atletico after their president was purported to have met up with Griezmann.
Former Spurs midfielder Jenas believes Griezmann could still be a Manchester United player at the start of the 2018-19 Premier League campaign.
“Griezmann is available now. He is another one [Man United could sign],” Jenas told BBC Radio 5 Live.
“He was the first one [linked with Man United]. I wouldn’t be surprised to see him at Old Trafford next year.”
Griezmann has only scored five goals in 12 games in La Liga this season to struggle to find his best form.
The France international’s compatriot and close pal Paul Pogba is currently at Old Trafford.
