Man United have seen an initial offer for Bruno Fernandes knocked back this summer, according to a report

Manchester United will need to increase their bid to sign Bruno Fernandes from Sporting Lisbon this summer, according to a report in Italy.
Italian media outlet Gazzetta dello Sport, as quoted by the Daily Mirror, is reporting that the Red Devils have made an opening bid for Fernandes.
The same article states that the Portuguese club rejected Manchester United’s initial offer of £35m for the attacking midfielder.
According to the same story, Sporting Lisbon are hoping to secure a transfer fee in the region of £60m to £70m for the playmaker.
The report goes on to add that Manchester United are unlikely to offer such an amount given their summer spending already.
Manchester United snapped up England Under-21 international Aaron Wan-Bisska in a £50m deal from Crystal Palace at the weekend.
The Red Devils have already signed Wales international Daniel James in a £15m deal from Championship side Swansea City this summer.
Manchester United are looking to rebuild this summer after the Red Devils finished in sixth spot in the Premier League table last term.
