Man United told how much 27-year-old will cost in January – report
Tottenham want £45m for England defender Danny Rose wanted by Manchester United, according to reports

Tottenham Hotspur have placed a £45m asking price on Manchester United target Danny Rose, according to reports in England.
The Daily Star Sunday is reporting that the north London side will sell Rose if their £45m valuation is met in next month’s transfer window.
According to the same article, Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino is ready to sanction the England international’s sale given his lack of commitment to the north London side.
The same story goes on to reveal that Manchester United have “strong interest” in Rose but Manchester City will rival their title rivals for the 27-year-old’s signature.
The Citizens made Kyle Walker the most-expensive defender in the world when Pep Guardiola signed the England right-back in a £55m deal from Tottenham in the summer.
Rose and Walker on either side of Manchester City’s defence would certainly make for a tantalising prospect in the remaining months of their title challenge in 2017-18.
However, the former Sunderland defender’s long-term prospects could be better served at Manchester United given Manchester City signed Monaco left-back Benjamin Mendy in the summer.
The Red Devils have used Daley Blind, Matteo Darmian, Luke Shaw and Ashley Young at left-back under current manager Jose Mourinho.
