Robert Pires tips Man United to sign 24-year-old Brazilian in January
Robert Pires predicts that Manchester United could make a move to sign Fabinho in January

Robert Pires is tipping Manchester United to complete a move to sign Fabinho from Monaco in the January transfer window.
The Red Devils were linked with a move to land the Brazilian in the summer transfer window but a move for the 24-year-old failed to materialise as Manchester United ended up signing Nemanja Matic from Chelsea.
There is bound to be plenty of fresh speculation linking Manchester United with a host of players as the January transfer window draws ever nearer.
And former Arsenal star Pires reckons that both Manchester clubs will be interested in signing Fabinho from Monaco in the new year.
Asked whether Manchester United may sign Fabinho, Pires told bwin: “I think this could happen in January, or next summer.
“Manchester City could also be interested but they’ve got Fernandinho at the moment, who is playing very well.”
Manchester United were 1-0 winners over Tottenham Hotspur at Old Trafford in the Premier League on Saturday as they kept up their solid form in the top flight.
Jose Mourinho’s men are now second in the table and five points behind leaders Manchester City in the race for the Premier League title.
The Red Devils, who finished sixth in the table last season, take on Chelsea at Stamford Bridge next weekend as they look to lay down a marker in the Premier League title race.
