Jurgen Klopp sends message to Man United supporters about Bruno Fernandes
Liverpool FC boss Jurgen Klopp gives his verdict on reported Man United target Bruno Fernandes

Jurgen Klopp has admitted that Manchester United would be signing a “really good player” if the Red Devils complete a deal for Bruno Fernandes this summer.
The Portugal international has been linked with a potential switch to Old Trafford throughout the current transfer window but a deal has failed to materialise.
Manchester United were reported to have met Fernandes’ agent earlier this month but the 20-time English champions don’t appear any closer to signing the playmaker.
Fernandes has also been linked with Arsenal, Chelsea FC, Liverpool FC and Tottenham Hotspur this summer as the Portuguese midfielder was touted around the Premier League.
The 24-year-old impressed in Sporting Lisbon’s 2-2 draw with Liverpool FC in their pre-season friendly at New York’s Yankee Stadium on Wednesday night.
Speaking at his post-match media conference in New York after the friendly clash, Klopp gave an endorsement of reported Manchester United target Fernandes:
“If he [joins Manchester United] then we will face him. He’s obviously a really good player,” Klopp said when asked about Fernandes.
“They have already a few really good players, so that will probably make them stronger.
“It’s not nice, but [United’s transfer dealings are] not our cup of tea, to be honest.”
Manchester United have added two new players to their squad this summer as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer looks to revamp the Red Devils.
Wales international Daniel James arrived in a £18m deal from Swansea City before Manchester United signed Aaron Wan-Bissaka in a £50m swoop.
The Red Devils will start their new Premier League campaign with a clash against Chelsea FC at Old Trafford on 11 August.
