Manchester United have a transfer budget in the region of £200m to invest in new signings this summer, according to reports in England

Manchester United have a transfer budget in the region of £200m this summer, according to reports in the English media.
The Daily Mail is reporting that the Red Devils have a significant transfer budget thanks to what looks like being a record year for revenue.
The same article states that Jose Mourinho could have more money to spend than last summer’s transfer budget after Mourinho invested £150m on new signings.
According to the same story, there isn’t a bottomless pit of transfer funds given that Manchester United spent a world-record fee on Paul Pogba last summer.
The Red Devils are thought to be closing in on a deal to sign Romelu Lukaku from Everton despite the Belgium international being primed for a return to Premier League champions Chelsea.
Sweden international Victor Lindelof completed a £30.7m move to Manchester United from Portuguese champions Benfica last month.
Manchester United finished in sixth place in the Premier League table last season but the Red Devils won the EFL Cup and the Europa League.
Their success in Europe’s second tier competition secured a return to the Champions League after a one-season absence.
