Top 24-year-old striker cuts short honeymoon to speed up Man United transfer – report
Alvaro Morata has returned from his honeymoon in order to secure a move to Manchester United, according to reports

Alvaro Mortata has cut short his honeymoon in an attempt to speed up a move to Manchester United this summer, according to reports in Spain.
AS is reporting that the Real Madrid striker has flown back from Ibiza despite leaving his wife behind on the Spanish island to resolve his future.
The same article states that the centre-forward has spoken to Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho on the phone a number of times about a move to Old Trafford.
The Portuguese coach is thought to be a long-term admirer of Morata and the Europa League winners have tabled a €74m offer to sign the 24-year-old.
However, unlike Morata and Manchester United, AS claim that Real Madrid aren’t in a rush to resolve the striker’s future and are confident the Red Devils will pay between €80m and €90m.
The article concludes that the Spanish star would like to be a Manchester United player by 8 July and doesn’t want his future to become a soap opera.
Manchester United have only signed Sweden defender Victor Lindelof in the summer transfer window so far.
