Man United must offer £48m to resurrect deal for 28-year-old attacker, claims insider
Sky Sports News reporter Kaveh Solhekol says Ivan Perisic will sign a new Inter Milan offer unless Man United make a late £48m bid

Manchester United will need to make a late £48m offer to resurrect a deal to sign Inter Milan midfielder Ivan Perisic, Kaveh Solhekol has claimed.
The Red Devils have been linked with a move to sign the Croatia international throughout the summer transfer window but have struggled to get a deal over the line.
Manchester United haven’t met Inter Milan’s valuation of the 28-year-old attacking midfielder and refused to entertain the idea of including Anthony Martial as part of a deal.
Inter boss Luciano Spaletti has already reiterated that Perisic won’t be leaving the Serie A giants in the summer transfer window despite recent speculation.
Manchester United signed three players in the summer transfer window so far but Jose Mourinho is thought to be desperate to add a wide player to his team.
Sky Sports News reporter Solhekol quoted Sky Italia as saying that Perisic is likely to sign a new deal with Inter Milan unless Manchester United make a late £48m offer for the 28-year-old.
Solhekol wrote on Twitter: “Sky Italy: Inter confident Man United target Ivan Perisic will sign new deal in next few days. Unless United come back with late £48m bid”
Manchester United started their summer spending with the £30.7m addition of Benfica defender Victor Lindelof.
The Red Devils have also signed Everton striker Romelu Lukaku in a £75m deal before managing to lure Nemanja Matic to Manchester United from Chelsea.
