Insider reveals possible Man United blow in bid to sign 28-year-old winger
Sky Sports News reporter Kaveh Solhekol sheds light on a possible setback in Manchester United's pursuit of Ivan Perisic

Inter Milan have raised the €30m required to meet Financial Fair Play regulations without selling Ivan Perisic to Manchester United, according to Kaveh Solhekol.
The Sky Sports News reporter has taken to Twitter to shed light on a story from Sky Italia that reveals the Serie A club have satisfied the FFP requirements ahead of Friday’s deadline.
Manchester United were thought to be closing in on the signing of Croatia international Perisic, with Inter needing to raise funds earlier this month amid the Serie A club’s concerns about FFP.
Inter were thought to be holding out for a transfer fee in the region of €50m, while Manchester United value the experienced winger at €44m in the current transfer window.
However, football insider Solhekol revealed that Inter are no longer under pressure to sell Perisic having raised €30m to avoid falling foul of FFP.
Solhekol wrote on his Twitter page: “Inter had to raise €30m by tomorrow to meet Financial Fair Play requirements. Sky Italy say it’s been done without needing to sell Perisic”
Manchester United finished in sixth place in the Premier League table last season in their first campaign under new manager Jose Mourinho.
The Red Devils won the EFL Cup and the Europa League last term.
