Manchester United are close to a breakthrough in the chase to sign Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic, according to reports

Manchester United are now expected to complete an inevitable deal to sign Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic, according to reports in Italy.
Italian website Calciomercato.it is reporting that the Red Devils are close to making a breakthrough in their pursuit of Croatia international.
The same article states that Perisic has already got in place a four-year contract agreement with Manchester United that will see the 28-year-old earn £6m a year at Old Trafford.
According to the Italian media outlet, Inter will receive a fixed price of €45m (£39.6m) but the deal could be worth €50m (£44m) with add-ons.
Manchester United have signed one player in the summer transfer window despite the Red Devils being linked with a host of different stars so far.
The 20-time English champions agreed a £30.7m deal to sign Sweden international Victor Lindelof from Portuguese champions Benfica last week.
Manchester United won the EFL Cup and the Europa League in their first season under Mourinho but could only muster a sixth-place finish in the Premier League table.
