Man United want to sign proven 23-year-old striker to play with Morata – report
Jose Mourinho wants Manchester United to sign Harry Kane ahead of Cristiano Ronaldo this summer, say reports

Jose Mourinho has told Manchester United to try and sign Harry Kane in a world-record transfer deal ahead of Cristiano Ronaldo, according to reports in the British media.
The Daily Mirror is reporting that Mourinho has told Red Devils chiefs to ignore Real Madrid forward Ronaldo and instead focus their efforts on trying to sign Spurs striker Kane.
The same story says that Mourinho has “made it clear” that he would prefer Manchester United to make a move to sign 23-year-old Tottenham striker Kane ahead of Ronaldo this summer.
The Portugal international has been linked with a move back to Old Trafford in recent days after his future at Real Madrid became a source of speculation in the wake of accusations of tax fraud by the Spanish authorities.
However, it would seem that Mourinho is more keen to bring Kane to Old Trafford this summer and has told Manchester United chiefs to “make an offer they can’t refuse” to try and land the England forward.
Manchester United are also thought to be keen to land Real Madrid striker Alvaro Morata in a £60m deal – and Mourinho feels Kane would be the perfect partner for the Spaniard, according to the report.
The same report claims that Mourinho is a huge fan of Kane and says Tottenham should pay whatever it takes to bring him to Old Trafford this summer.
