Sky Sports reporter rates Man United’s chances of signing top 22-year-old in January
Kaveh Solhekol delivers the latest news on Leon Goretzka's reported links to Man United in the January transfer window

Manchester United could be in the hunt to sign Leon Goretzka from Schalke in the January transfer window, according to Sky Sports reporter Kaveh Solhekol.
The Red Devils are likely to be keen to bolster their squad in the mid-season transfer window as Jose Mourinho looks to get his team back into the title race.
Manchester City look to be almost out of sight at the top of the table and Mourinho will be eager to try and add some quality to his squad in the new year.
Schalke midfielder Goretzka, 22, has been touted as a possible transfer target for Manchester United ahead of the January window.
And Sky Sports News reporter Solhekol has revealed that the German midfielder could well be an option for the Red Devils in the mid-season window.
Speaking on the Transfer Talk podcast, Solhekol said: “Whatever Schalke can offer [him in wages], a Premier League club can match.
“If Manchester United are interested, as are few other clubs like Juventus, Manchester United will have competition.
“He isn’t cup-tied so Manchester United could use him in the Champions League.”
Manchester United return to Premier League action on Monday when they travel to Goodison Park to take on Everton.
The Red Devils will at least be aiming to break back into the top four this season after they finished in sixth place last term and only qualified for the Champions League thanks to their Europa League triumph in Mourinho’s first campaign in charge.
