Ian Wright: 22-year-old Man United outcast would be great Tottenham signing
The Arsenal legend believes Man United defender Luke Shaw would be a great addition to the Tottenham team

Luke Shaw would be a good addition to the Tottenham Hotspur side, according to Ian Wright.
The Manchester United defender has endured a difficult 18 months under current Red Devils boss Jose Mourinho since his return from a leg break.
Indeed, Shaw has struggled to hold down a regular starting spot at Old Trafford and has regularly been criticised for his below-par performances.
The 22-year-old moved to Manchester United from Southampton in a £27m deal in 2015 after he impressed under Saints manager Mauricio Pochettino.
Louis van Gaal wasn’t happy with Shaw’s fitness during his debut campaign at Manchester United but the left-back made himself first-choice before a horror double leg break at PSV Eindhoven.
Shaw has been linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur over the past few months with Pochettino currently in charge at the north London club.
Former Arsenal striker Wright believes Shaw would be a good addition to the Spurs team if Manchester United were willing to sell the England international.
“He would be a good addition,” Wright told BBC Radio 5 Live. “I think he would.”
Manchester United won the League Cup and the Europa League last term but Shaw played a limited role in their silverware successes.
The Red Devils haven’t won the Premier League title since 2013 when Sir Alex Ferguson was still in charge at Old Trafford.
