Manchester United will look to sign Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre Ter Stegen to replace David De Gea, according to reports

Manchester United will look to sign Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre Ter Stegen if David De Gea moves to Manchester United in the summer, according to reports in Spain.
Don Balon, as quoted by the Daily Express, is reporting that the Red Devils are bracing themselves for an £88m offer for De Gea from Real Madrid at the end of the season.
The same article states that los Blancos have indentified De Gea as a marquee signing ahead of a crucial summer transfer window for ailing Real Madrid under Zinedine Zidane.
According to the Spanish media outlet, Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has set his sights on Ter Stegen if De Gea finally secures a return to his hometown.
Manchester United would be prepared to spend most of the funds from De Gea’s potential sale on signing the Germany goalkeeper from the La Liga leaders.
Mourinho has a dependable option in reserve in the shape of Sergio Romero, who has impressed when called upon to deputise for De Gea.
Manchester United are in second place in the Premier League and two points ahead of Liverpool FC in the race to secure a top-four finish.
The Red Devils were 2-1 winners against defending champions Chelsea FC in the Premier League last weekend.
