Duncan Castles makes Man United transfer claim about Paul Pogba
Sunday Times reporter Duncan Castles claims Paul Pogba's agent is offering the Manchester United midfielder to some of Europe's top clubs

Paul Pogba’s agent is still trying to find the Manchester United record signing an escape route from Old Trafford this summer, Duncan Castles says.
The France international has struggled to meet expectations over the past two seasons following his £89m move from Juventus in 2016.
Pogba has been unable to recapture his stunning Serie A form to prompt criticism of the versatile midfielder from his manager and ex-players.
The 25-year-old scored in France’s 4-2 win over Croatia in the World Cup final earlier this month to go someway to silencing his critics.
Pogba has been linked with La Liga duo FC Barcelona and Real Madrid, as well as Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain this summer.
Sunday Times reporter Castles confirmed that Pogba’s infamous agent Mino Raiola is working on a potential move for the Man United star.
“In the background, his agent Mino Raiola is still trying to find an escape route for Pogba,” Castles told the Transfer Window podcast.
“He is offering the player to any large club he thinks might be tempted into making that transfer. Barcelona and Juventus are two of those clubs.
“There are foundations to those stories. The situation won’t be properly resolved until the transfer window is over.”
Pogba has won the Europa League and the League Cup since his return to Manchester United but the Red Devils lost 1-0 to Chelsea FC in last season’s FA Cup final.
The French star moved to Juventus from Manchester United in an £800,000 deal in 2012 after he failed to secure a starting spot under Sir Alex Ferguson.
