Teddy Sheringham believes Manchester United should sell Paul Pogba this summer

Teddy Sheringham believes Ole Gunnar Solskjaer should cut his losses and sell Manchester United record signing Paul Pogba this summer.
The Red Devils star has been linked with a potential move away from the 20-time English champions throughout the summer transfer window.
Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane is reported to be eager to bring the World Cup winner to the Spanish giants in a big-money deal.
Pogba’s former club Juventus are also thought to be open to a potential swoop to bring the France midfielder back to Turin.
However, Manchester United have managed to retain Pogba’s services so far despite the Frenchman’s agent Mina Raiola attempting to orchestrate a move.
Former England and Manchester United striker Sheringham believes it would be best for both the player and the club if Pogba leaves Old Trafford this summer.
“I just don’t think it’s the right fit,” Sheringham told talkSPORT.
“I think he’s upset a lot of people with his demeanour and his attitude at Old Trafford.
“It would be best for everyone involved if he left. If Real Madrid want him, whatever they’re paying, let him go.
“Use the money to go and buy someone who really wants to be playing for Man United, showing how good he is and what their worth is.”
Manchester United started their summer spending with the £18m addition of Swansea City midfielder Daniel James after Wales boss Ryan Giggs endorsed the winger.
The Red Devils then strengthened their options at right-back after Manchester United spent £50m on Crystal Palace’s English defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka last month.
Solskjaer’s side will be hoping to get the new Premier League season off to a positive start when Manchester United host bitter rivals Chelsea FC at Old Trafford on Sunday 11 August.
