Manchester United are in talks to sign Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, according to a report in Italy

Manchester United are in talks with Lazio about signing Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, according to a report in Italy.
Italian media outlet Corriere dello Sport, as quoted by Metro, is reporting that Manchester United are in discussions with Lazio over a potential deal to sign the highly-rated Serbian midfielder.
The same article states that Manchester United are willing to shell out £67.5m up front for the Lazio playmaker, as well as £9m to be paid to Milinkovic-Savic’s representatives.
According to the same story, Lazio and Manchester United are set to reach an agreement on the add-ons to be included in the deal, which will take the transfer fee over the £90m-mark.
Corriere dello Sport is claiming that Manchester United want to make the bonuses more challenging to achieve but Lazio want them to be more straightforward.
The report goes on to reveal that Milinkovic-Savic’s agent Mateja Kezman, who previously played for Chelsea FC, is at the forefront of the deal and is set to hold more talks with the Red Devils in London this week.
Manchester United have already signed Swansea City midfielder Daniel James and Crystal Palace defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka in the summer transfer window.
The Red Devils have been linked with a host of different names this summer as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer looks to revamp his squad.
