Ole Gunnar Solskjaer asks Man United squad about Harry Maguire – report
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer asks some members of the Manchester United squad for their thoughts about Harry Maguire, according to a report

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has asked the English members of his Manchester United squad about Harry Maguire, according to a report in England.
The Daily Mirror is reporting that the Manchester United manager quizzed Ashley Young, Chris Smalling, Marcus Rashford, Jesse Lingard and Phil Jones about the Leicester City defender.
The same article states that the English contingent gave their backing for Manchester United’s pursuit of the 26-year-old in the summer transfer window.
According to the same story, they told their manager Solskjaer that Maguire would be the type of player who “does his talking on the pitch”.
The report goes on to say that Leicester are reluctant to sell Maguire for less than £90m this summer, which would be a world record fee for a defender.
However, the Daily Mirror add that Manchester City could rival Manchester United for Maguire’s signature this summer.
Manchester United have already signed two new players in the summer transfer window so far.
The Red Devils brought in Swansea City’s Wales international Daniel James in a £15m deal from the Championship club.
Manchester United finally completed a £50m deal to sign Crystal Palace defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka last weekend.
Solskjaer was appointed as Manchester United’s permanent manager at the end of March.
