Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to be involved in Man United summer transfers – report
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will have a "big say" in Man United's summer transfer plans, say reports
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will have a big say in Manchester United’s plans for the summer transfer window even if he leaves Old Trafford, according to reports in the British media.
The Sun is reporting that the Norwegian will have a significant say on the club’s summer recruitment plans even if he leaves the club.
Solskjaer has been earning lots of praise for the impressive impact he has made since taking over at Old Trafford on an interim basis following the sacking of Jose Mourinho back in December.
The Red Devils have won all but one of their Premier League games under Solskjaer and they are currently fifth in the Premier League table and two points behind fourth-placed Chelsea FC.
It remains to be seen whether Solskjaer could be handed the job on a permanent basis, but the same report in the Sun claims that the Red Devils are going to allow the Norwegian to have a “big say” in the club’s future plans regardless.
According to the same story, Manchester United could have in the region of £200m to spend on new signings in the summer transfer window.
Manchester United will return to Premier League action on Saturday when they travel to Fulham in the early kick-off.
