Manchester United are planning a big overhaul of their squad this summer, according to reports

Manchester United are planning a major overhaul of their squad this summer and are targeting as many as five new players, according to reports in the British media.
ESPN is reporting that the Red Devils could be ready to let as many as 10 players leave the club this summer as Jose Mourinho looks transform his team into title challengers for next season.
According to the same story, Red Devils boss Mourinho has already begun to select the players that he wants the club to target this summer.
The report says that both Tottenham full-back Danny Rose and Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder Fred are two “leading targets” for Manchester United this summer.
The same story also claims that Manchester United are keeping tabs on Chelsea FC attacker Willian, although that deal could prove harder to conclude.
The article also reports that the Red Devils remain on the lookout for a new winger after having missed out on Ivan Perisic last summer, and that Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane is also a target.
Mourinho will be looking to assemble a squad capable of challenging Manchester City’s dominance at the top of the Premier League next season.
The Red Devils are currently second in the table, with Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City side having dominated the top flight this term.
