New Man United signing sends message to fans about transfer fee
Victor Lindelof insists he is not paying any attention to the size of his transfer fee at Manchester United

Victor Lindelof has insisted that he has not paid any attention to the size of his transfer fee after he became Manchester United’s first summer signing last week.
The defender signed a long-term contract with the Red Devils after joining from Benfica last week in a deal believed to be worth just more than £30m.
Lindelof was the first new arrival at Manchester United this summer as Jose Mourinho moved quickly to bolster his defensive options at Old Trafford.
The Sweden international is now on holiday before reporting for duty with his new team next month.
And the 22-year-old insists that he is not weighed down by any additional expectations that may come as a result of his price tag.
Speaking to Swedish outlet Aftonbladet, as quoted by the Daily Express, Lindelof said: “I don’t think about that.
“I don’t think it’s good to do so. I’m here to play football and perform as well as possible for Manchester United.
“I don’t keep track of that, it’s not something I spend time on. It’s not important to me. It just means you’ve done something good and that the club really wanted me.”
Manchester United are preparing for a return to the Champions League next season as the Red Devils look to compete for trophies on four fronts next season.
The Red Devils won the Europa League and EFL Cup in Mourinho’s first campaign at Old Trafford last term.
