Paul Parker is tipping Tottenham to hold Manchester United to a 2-2 draw in Saturday’s crunch Premier League clash at Old Trafford.

The Red Devils head into the game looking to return to winning ways in the Premier League after the disappointment of their 2-1 loss to Huddersfield Town last weekend.

Tottenham, meanwhile, are looking to continue their fine form, with Mauricio Pochettino’s men having thrashed Liverpool 4-1 at Wembley last weekend.

Spurs’ victory over Jurgen Klopp’s side left the Reds in third place in the Premier League table and level on points with Manchester United.

Both sides are currently five points behind leaders Manchester City in the race for the title.

However, former defender Parker feels that the two sides are set to share the spoils from a thrilling game at Old Trafford on Saturday afternoon.

Speaking to ESPN FC, Parker said: “It’s a big game against a top-six side.

“Jose Mourinho doesn’t like to lose them, doesn’t necessarily go and win them. So how is he going to go in this game?

“They’re at home, are they going to actually try to win the game or is he going to go and say ‘we are not going to concede, we are to going to get beat’?

“If he goes in that fashion, I think there will be a lot of people very much upset about it.

“We know Tottenham are a good side, a good side away from home.

“But still, Manchester United are expected to attack at home and eventually go and win games against the top-six at home.

“I’m going to be perched on this one, I’m going to say this game is going to go 2-2.”

Manchester United are aiming to challenge for the Premier League title this season after the Red Devils finished sixth in the table last term.

The Red Devils did win the Europa League and League Cup in Jose Mourinho’s first full season in charge at Old Trafford last term.

Tottenham, meanwhile, ended up second in the table behind champions Chelsea.
