Man United transfers: Dante won't be leaving Bayern Munich in January, according to the Brazilian's agent

Dante won’t be leaving Bayern Munich in the January transfer window, according to the Brazilian’s agent.
The Red Devils have been linked with a sensational swoop for the Bayern centre-half as United boss David Moyes attempts to bolster his defensive options this month.

The 30-year-old has made 19 appearances in all competitions for the Bundesliga champions under new manager Pep Guardiola this season.
And Dante’s agent Marcus Marin ruled out a switch to the Premier League holders – although he did admit that the defender came close to a move to Old Trafford in 2012.
“There is no way that is going to happen,” Marin said.
“He is not going to leave Bayern in the window.
“Manchester United followed him two years ago. We were in talks with them, but then he ended up at Bayern.
“They are a very good club – and a very big club – so it would be interesting if they were interested in Dante, although I stress we have not spoken to anyone.
“At the moment, Bayern are the only people we have spoken to anyway because we are talking over a new contract.
“We are still waiting for an answer from them and, although things happen very quickly in football, until that situation changes, we cannot speak to anyone else anyway.”
Dante has scored two goals in 69 appearances for Bayern following his move from Borussia Mochengladbach in 2011.
