‘Man United will struggle to get top four if Arsenal sign Alexis Sánchez’
Manchester United will struggle to finish in the top four despite appointing Louis van Gaal, according to Robbie Savage

Robbie Savage believes Manchester United will struggle to finish in the top four despite appointing Louis van Gaal as their new manager.
United have spent more than any other Premier League club in the summer transfer window, signing Athletic Bilbao midfielder Ander Herrera and Southampton left-back Luke Shaw.
Even with Van Gaal utd will struggle to finish top 4 with current signings!

However, Chelsea have brought in Cesc Fabregas and are expected to land Diego Costa, whilst Liverpool have snapped up Saints duo Rickie Lambert and Adam Lallana, as well as Emre Can.
Arsenal are favourites to win the race to secure Barcelona forward Alexis Sanchez, and despite being the quietest of last season’s top four, Manchester City have still signed Porto midfielder Fernando.
And Savage feels United could still struggle to break back into the Champions League spots despite already spending nearly £60m since naming Van Gaal as their new boss in May.
“If Arsenal get Sanchez that will be a fantastic buy, even with Van Gaal utd will struggle to finish top 4 with current signings!” Savage posted on Twitter.
“Van Gaal is good , very good. But he is no magician with utd current squad ,only 2 signings, he will struggle to get them in top 4.
“Arsenal going for Sanchez utd get Herrera!
“With current signings and squad id say utd for Europa league next year!”
