Man United’s David Moyes: I would have taken a draw before kick-off
Manchester United manger David Moyes admits he would have taken a draw before kick-off after Kim Bo-Kyung's late leveller

David Moyes has admitted he would have taken a point before kick-off after the Red Devils were held to a 2-2 draw with Cardiff City on Sunday.
The Red Devils appeared to be heading towards three points thanks to Patrice Evra’s header after Cardiff striker Frazier Campbell had cancelled out Wayne Rooney’s opener.
However, substitute Kim Bo-Kyung nodded a last-gasp equaliser to rescue a point for the promoted side and leave the reigning Premier League champions outside the top-four places.
“Disappointed,” Moyes said.
“It was similar to Southampton when we had the game under control with a minute to go and then we conceded from a set piece.
“We can’t keep dropping two points and we could have played better, but it’s a tough place to come after international duty and I would have taken the result before the game.”
Moyes added: “We didn’t play well enough in the second half.
“We gave too many free-kicks and we allowed Cardiff to punt a lot into the box and we had to defend [against that]. For the majority of it we defended fine, we did most of the job well. But we didn’t defend the cross in from the free-kick.”
