Norwich transfers: Luciano Becchio says he eagerly anticipating making his Norwich City debut after completing a switch from Leeds

Luciano Becchio says he is relishing the prospect of his Norwich City debut after completing a move to the Canaries from Leeds United on Thursday.
The Argentinian striker has signed a three-and-a-half year deal at Carrow Road, with Steve Morison heading to Elland Road in a swap deal.
The 29-year-old has scored 15 goals in 26 Championship appearances for Leeds this season, and the South American is excited to have the chance to test himself in the top flight.
“I cannot wait to play my first game for Norwich,” said Becchio.
“I spoke to Robert Snodgrass and Jonny Howson about Norwich and they both had really good things to say about the club and the city.
“I cannot wait to play my first game for Norwich. I am really happy about having the chance to play in the Premier League, it is brilliant for me personally and for my career.”
Becchio added that he is looking forward to emulate his compatriots Sergio Aguero and Carlos Tevez in the Premier League.
“The Premier League has some brilliant players including people like Aguero and Tevez and it will be a great experience for me to play against players of that quality,” he added.
