Robin van Persie’s first-half hat-trick helped secure a 3-0 victory over Aston Villa and Manchester United’s 20th top-flight title at Old Trafford.
The Netherlands international took his Premier League tally to 24 goals with a clinical treble to seal the crown and keep the Red Devils on track for a record points haul.
