Mesut Ozil has promised Arsenal fans that the Gunners are “fully focused” ahead of their Premier League trip to Leicester City.
Arsene Wenger’s men head to the King Power Stadium looking to notch up their second top-flight win of the season.
The Gunners earned a 2-2 draw at Everton last weekend after recording a last-gasp 2-1 win against Crystal Palace on the opening day thanks to Aaron Ramsey’s goal.
The 25-year-old Germany international played the full game against the Toffees and also featured for 77 minutes in the Champions League play-off win over Besiktas on Wednesday.
And the former Real Madrid star was all smiles as he posed alongside forward Lukas Podolski on the Gunners’ team bus on Saturday.
Ozil posted the picture above with Podolski, and wrote: “Fully focused we’re heading towards Leicester with the Arsenal Express. #COYG #Arsenal #bpl”
Podolski, who is yet to play for Arsenal this season, also took to Instagram to share a similar snap, writing: “With my bro @m10_official on the way to Leicester !! Have a nice evening….. #AFC #Poldi #Mesut #aha #Friends #bro #Abi #Kardes”
