Henrikh Mkhitaryan is looking forward to his first season at Manchester United
Henrikh Mkhitaryan has taken to social media to reveal his excitement at completing his transfer to Manchester United on Wednesday afternoon.
The Armenia international finally put pen to paper on his contract with the Red Devils after United agreed a fee with Borussia Dortmund over the weekend.
The 27-year-old has signed a four-year deal with the Red Devils, which includes the option to add a further year.
Mkhitaryan becomes new Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho’s third signing of the summer transfer window, following the arrivals of Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Eric Bailly.
And the former Dortmund playmaker was quick to take to his official Facebook page to reveal his delight at completing the move.
He shared the photo above on Facebook and wrote: “A Dream come true!
“I am very proud and excited to join Manchester United, a club which I have always admired for its great history and amazing fans.
“Can’t wait to work with the coach and my new teammates!”

Mourinho was officially paraded as the new Manchester United boss on Tuesday following his appointment as the Red Devils’ new manager on a three-year contract back in May.
