Romelu Lukaku is confident that “a lot of great stuff” will happen to Everton this season despite a 3-2 defeat by Crystal Palace on Sunday.
Roberto Martinez’s men appeared to have avoided a Europa League hangover after Belgium international Lukaku handed the home side an early lead.
We have to keep pushing because a lot of great stuff will happen this season for us

However, Mile Jedinak equalised from the spot in the 30th minute before Frazier Campbell and Yannick Bolasie gave the Eagles a 3-1 second-half lead.
England left-back Leighton Baines scored a late penalty to offer Toffees late hope, but Neil Warnock’s side held on to seal three points.
But Lukaku, who completed a club-record £25m move to Everton from Chelsea this summer, is remaining in a positive mood despite the setback.
“No matter what. We have to stick together and fight every single game,” Lukaku posted on Instagram.
“Dissapointed with the loss definetly but we have to keep pushing because a lot of great stuff will happen this season for us.”
Lukaku, 21, scored 15 goals in 31 Premier League appearances during a season-long loan at Goodison Park last season.
