Cesc Fabregas was quick to take to Twitter to hail a job well done after Chelsea beat Swansea City 4-2 on Saturday.

The Blues were forced to come from 1-0 down after John Terry’s early own-goal at Stamford Bridge.

But a Diego Costa hat-trick, along with a debut strike for Loïc Remy, sealed the points before Jonjo Shelvey’s late consolation.

The win left Chelsea top of the Premier League table as Jose Mourinho’s men extended their 100 per cent start to the new season.

Fabregas, Felipe Luis and Cesar Azpilicueta were among the Chelsea players to take to social media in the aftermath of Saturday’s win, with all three posting photos from the game.

Costa has now scored seven goals in four games since his transfer to Chelsea from Atletico Madrid this summer.
