Roger Federer has taken a virtual tour around India – thanks to the artistic talents of his Twitter followers.
Federer was this month named as Rafael Nadal’s replacement for the inaugural International Premier Tennis League.
The 17-time Grand Slam winner took the the social network on Tuesday with a request for his fans to superimpose him onto pictures of some of India’s most memorable landmarks because he doesn’t have enough time to visit them in person.
It sparked a brilliant response, with the 33-year-old enjoying a virtual elephant ride and a trip to the Taj Mahal among others.
Federer posted on Twitter: “I need some help from my supporters in India. I’m only in Delhi for a few days, so can’t visit all amazing places that I’d like…
“Maybe you guys could help #PhotoshopRF? Show me where I should visit and I’ll retweet the best pics!”
Here are a selection of the best snaps retweeted by the tennis star.
