Arsenal striker Lukas Podolski and England forward Wayne Rooney give updates on their progress ahead of World Cup
Tim Cahill and Wayne Rooney were among the big names who took to social media on Thursday to keep supporters updated ahead of the World Cup.
Unsurprisingly, Liverpool players featured heavily as Raheem Sterling and Daniel Sturridge took to Instagram, whilst Belgium goalkeeper Simon Mignolet was supporting a special cause.
