Three Lions forward Alex Ox-Chamberlain ‏(@Alex_OxChambo) is relaxing in Portugal: “Chillin before training this afternoon.”

Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney ‏(@WayneRooney) is eager for England supporters to stay up to date: “Keep up to date with the England camp and follow us at the World Cup here – @england”

Germany international Lukas Podolski (‏@Podolski10) is training: “In action for the national team again!!”
