Sergio Aguero, Rafael Benitez and Rafa Nadal offer their support to Tito Vilanova after Barça coach suffers a relapse of tumour

Tito Vilanova is to undergo surgery to remove a tumour on Thursday followed by chemotherapy and radiotherapy over the next six weeks.
The 44-year-old, who replaced Pep Guardiola in the summer, underwent an operation to remove a cancerous tumour from his parotid gland, the largest human salivary gland, in November 2011 but has suffered a relapse.
The world of football immediately united in support of the Barça boss on Twitter.
