Stats highlight new Man United signing’s dramatic improvement in 4-1 win over Leicester
Stats show Paul Pogba's big improvement against Leicester City after the Man United signing's recent struggles

Gary Neville claimed that Paul Pogba’s performance in Manchester United’s 4-1 victory over Leicester City was his best since the midfielder’s return to Old Trafford.
And BT Sport’s stats appear to back up the Sky Sports pundit’s claim after Pogba made a dramatic improvement against Leicester following a 3-1 loss to Watford at Vicarage Road earlier this month.
Spanish duo Ander Herrera and Juan Mata partnered Pogba in midfield for the visit of the champions after Jose Mourinho changed his formation and dropped Marouane Fellaini.
Pogba touched the ball just 76 times against the Hornets but the world-record signing was on the ball 115 times on Saturday afternoon.
Unsurprisingly, the France international completed 36 more passes against Leicester after struggling to find his rhythm at Vicarage Road earlier this month.
Pogba finished with 86.9 per cent passing accuracy at Old Trafford which was a big improvement on his 72.2 per cent against Walter Mazzarri’s side.

Crucially, the world-record signing made three key passes against Leicester as well as getting on the score sheet with the home side’s fourth goal.
