Swansea’s Michu urges Michael Laudrup to stay amid Madrid reports
Swansea City striker Michu urges Michael Laudrup to stay at the Liberty amid reports of interest from Real Madrid

Michu has urged Michael Laudrup to stay at Swansea City ahead of their Capital One Cup final showdown against Bradford City on Sunday.
The Dane has impressed since replacing Brendan Rodgers at the Liberty Stadium in the summer and has earned praise for his shrewd dealings in the transfer market.
One such acquisition is Michu, who has scored 18 goals in all competitions after arriving in a £2m deal from Rayo Vallecano.
Laudrup has been touted as a possible successor for Jose Mourinho at Real Madrid, but Michu is desperate to see the 48-year-old continue his Swans reign.
“He [Laudrup] has been good for me,” said Michu.
“He was good as a player, and very good as a coach. He is one of the best I have had in my career and I am very happy with him. He has taught me many
things, he gives you a good feeling on the pitch and the chance to play well, he is good for all the players.
“It would be good if he would stay. We are really happy with him but we know like a player you want to grow, go to top clubs, play finals and win titles.
“I have read that he has been mentioned with Real Madrid but I want him to stay here.”
