Theo Walcott desperate to impress for Arsenal after return
Theo Walcott aims to rediscover his top form as soon as possible after making return from injury in Arsenal's win over Southampton

Theo Walcott is aiming to rediscover his top form as soon as possible after making his return from injury in Arsenal’s 2-0 win over Southampton on Saturday.
The 24-year-old was a second-half substitute at Emirates Stadium as goals from Olivier Giroud handed Arsenal a win which moved them four points clear at the top of the Premier League table.
Walcott had been sidelined since September after requiring minor abdominal surgery and the England international admits he has been frustrated by his lack of playing time.
But the winger is determined to find his feet again as quickly as possible and help Arsene Wenger’s men continue their flying start to the season.
“It will take a couple of games, but I am sure I will be back to my best very soon,” said Walcott.
“It has been longer than I thought, but it is so good to be back out on the pitch with the guys and playing in such a fantastic team.
“Seeing the way we play football has been fairly pleasant to watch, but any player who is injured wants to go out there and perform.
“It is frustrating at times, but you have just got to think about getting back fit as soon as you can, and I am happy to be back now.”
