Tottenham 0 Arsenal 1: Tomas Rosicky hails ‘great’ derby win
Tottenham 0 Arsenal 1: Tomas Rosicky expresses his delight as Gunners keep themselves in the title race
Tomas Rosicky reflected on a “great result” after his goal helped Arsenal keep themselves in contention for the title with victory at Tottenham.
The Czech Republic international drilled home a thunderous strike after just 72 seconds at White Hart Lane to move the Gunners back up to third in the Premier League table.

Arsenal are now four points behind Chelsea heading into next weekend’s clash at Stamford Bridge, with the north Londoners having played a game less than the Blues.
And Rosicky told Sky Sports: “It’s a great result for us. These derby games are always very tough. It means a lot for us and our fans, so we’re delighted.
“It’s a great [title] race for the fans as well as for the players. As we said many times, I think it will go right down to the last game of the season and it’s a great fight.”
Despite Arsenal now leading fifth-placed Tottenham by nine points, Rosicky warned his side not to count their local rivals out of the race for Champions League qualification.
“I don’t think you can count Spurs out of the race for the top four. This is a very tough league, every game is very important and there are plenty of more games still to go. It’ll be a tough race until the end.”
Asked about his winner, Rosicky added: “It’s one of the best goals I’ve scored, and against Tottenham as well. I’m delighted but the most important thing was that we won the game.”
